Rona van der Zander has worked in 8 different countries for NGOs and large companies, which changed her global mindset drastically. In 2017 she founded her own Start-Up “GrowbeYOUnd” which connects young people worldwide. The world is currently facing unprecedented changes – technology is rapidly changing the way we work, communicate and especially learn. That’s why Rona firmly believes that we need fundamental change in our educational systems – from primary school to higher education. But what kind of changes have to be made to better prepare young people for the future?
