每座城市都有自己的传统美食，它反映着城市里的独特记忆与习惯。但随着社会发展和各种原因，传统的食品在逐渐被遗忘。黑色经典联合创始人、长沙传统小吃守护人卢路成看到了这一问题，他将长沙的传统美食——臭豆腐进行模式与工艺上的传承和创新，打破偏见，成功推向了更长远的发展。也希望更多的人能重新认可传统美食，从而对这座城市增加更多一份的好感。
Each city has its own traditional cuisine, which reflects the unique memories and habits of the city. But with social development and various reasons, traditional food is gradually forgotten. “Black Classic”Co-founder Lucheng Lu saw this problem, he inherited and innovated the mode and technology of traditional stinky tofu, also breaking prejudice and successfully pushed it to a longer-term development. It is also hoped that more people will re-acknowledge traditional cuisine, so as to increase a more favorable impression of the city.
