Virginia Warren, aka The Zen Lawyer, is a Lawyer and qualified Yoga Instructor who considers that the legal system is broken. She asserts that current lawyer training, which supports a ‘win-lose’ model, is failing humanity. This model, she jokes, should really be referred to as a ‘lose-lose’ model, as it separates families and divides communities. Virginia believes that if lawyers were trained as ‘first responders’ to legal conflicts, law could be used as a healing modality for the benefit of all … and that’s a win-win!
