We’re constantly connected and moving at a breakneck pace. In a day and age where the people are always responding to emails, tweeting, or answering a phone call, how are we supposed to keep up? How do we know what is an opportunity and what is a distraction? Where should we focus our limited time and energy? What will matter in the long run?
