Vivian Elebiyo-Okojie is a Food, Faith, and Culture Conversationalist, who uses her platform to share the art and philosophy on food, faith and culture. She is also an entrepreneur, inventor, and the author of over 10 books. Vivian is the founder of Eleviv an idea, product development, and media company.
With a knack for food innovation she spends a lot of time researching and creating new food products and food recipes at Vivys while running her business ventures.
She also consults with food and beverage companies and startups on product designs and food product development and creation. In her spare time she records and shares recipes on God, Love, and Jollof on YouTube.
Vivian is passionate about authentic and wholesome eating, food innovation and the science of food.
