The narrative of the lone genius is deeply flawed. To address today's complex challenges like sustainable mobility we need to work collectively across disciplines. Sometimes this means being a small cog in a giant wheel. Being a theoretical physicist Joerg knows what it feels like to be a speck of dust in an endless universe. However, by understanding the vastness of our networks and harnessing their potential together we can accomplish remarkable things. As we face the challenges ahead of us it is time to abandon splendid isolation and build smart networks.
