No one believes they will drown, yet every day throughout the world, hundreds of people do. Jamie Racklyeft was one of the lucky ones. Here he shares his story of surviving a Great Lakes rip current; launching a water safety community; and exploring ways you can avoid, escape, and safely save others from drowning.
