Today she is the CEO of Life Based Value srl, the innovative startup founded in October 2015 that created and sells to companies MAAM: the only training program in the world that turns motherhood and fatherhood into a Master in key skills for professional growth.
On TEDxOrtygia stage, she explains how our man-centered definition of power dates its origins back into prehistory, the challenge women can take to change that and the huge potential benefits if we all succeed. Because "It's not about helping women. It's about helping world through women."
