How do you reflect on your life: what you have learnt, where you had opportunities to develop, and where you were perhaps restricted and stifled?
We all seek fulfilment - to be the best we can be. Successful leaders support and challenge those they lead, recognising the capacity others have and encouraging them to find it in themselves. We can’t be what we can’t see – including in ourselves. Get the best from yourself and others. You will be happier, more effective and confident, and the world will definitely be the stronger for it.
