In this talk, Jacqueline will talk about the different zones of stress and how they impact the brain and body.
Next to that, she will discuss how a feeling of safety can get us in a powerful zone and how a small trigger can, very easily, get us in a zone of stress.
In our daily life we experience different levels of stress, both consciously and subconsciously. The way we handle those levels makes a big difference.
This TED talk teaches us how to become aware of these zones and how to react to them in a sensible way. By using this, we can manage our stress better and adapt more to the ever-changing environment.
