In the last decade there has been an explosion of interest in workplace design and the importance of company culture. With the ever increasing use of technology the traditional definition of work life balance has been turned on its head. Work happens in the evenings, personal happens throughout the day. These changes make for an even more competitive environment in the battle for the best talent. In the pursuit of creating workplaces that are attractive, to broadcast the companies identity and attract talent, are we neglecting user comfort? Are the trendy offices really great places to work? How do we create a workplace that is not only a great place to work but really does contribute to creating a great company culture?
