International Committee of the Red Cross frontline personnel Jason Yip shares that besides compassion and kindness, a humanitarian aid worker also need to possess patience, neutrality, and the ability to make logistical arrangements under tight time frames. He appeals that the borderless notion of humanitarian aid requires the contribution from all of mankind, and sought to reassure the risks of this career path.
