In her talk, Yeva claims that success is not a function of commonly talked-about success factors, such as “think big, be passionate, fail, work 100 hours/week, and many more". Rather, success is driven by our unique EGO that sets the bar and drives our behavior, leveraging our POTENTIAL to fulfill it. And it is the equilibrium of the two that makes us feel successful.
