In the current society, which is full of fast-paced and industrial assembly line work, craftsmen still insist on creating the ultimate poetic and superb artifacts with years of precipitation. And all along, society seems to have a stereotypical image of artisans: they are closed, stubborn, poor, and spend their lives working in dark and humble workshops. As a director and producer, Wuwang Li hopes to use the perspective of the new generation to break the prejudice and let everyone understand the value behind the craftsmen and their ingenuities. Let traditional handicrafts really come to the public life and continue to interact with people who enjoy it.
