Are you willing to sacrifice everything to be successful? Wayne Finley was and he paid the price. In this talk about his personal struggle with work martyrdom, Wayne reveals the effects of overworking on his mind, his body, and ultimately, his life.
Wayne Finley is an educator who makes a difference. At age 16 a career counselor told him to forget going to university because he simply wasn’t ‘academic.’ Six years later he not only attended university, he finished with a Master’s degree and couldn’t wait to inspire others to do the same. Despite the initial struggle of receiving an official warning letter for being a ‘boring teacher,’ he went on to become a teacher-trainer within six months. He has gone on to receive numerous awards for both quality of his teaching and his work helping teachers.
