Do we still trust the media? Little or no longer. In an increasingly complex and fast-paced world, information channels have figured out increasingly tricky means to capture a reader's attention, at a cost for credibility. Valerio Bassan tells us that in order to regain a reader's trust, it is therefore necessary to rewrite the rules, building a "relationship economy" made with dialogue and listening between the writer and the reader.
