Fear is a necessary, biological part of the human experience because it is triggered when we are experiencing anything unknown or unfamiliar. The challenge is that anything different from who we are, what we are doing and how we are feeling thrusts us into the unknown and unfamiliar. But that doesn’t mean we have to let it get in the way of reaching our potential. Fear can be a platform for success instead of a platform for failure. We can use it to propel us instead of paralyze us.
