Todd Gershkowitz

Teacher economist

Todd Gershkowitz is the head of Global Total Rewards and Shared Services within Global Human Resources at State Street. He’s previously held senior positions at Citigroup, GE, IBM, UBS and with two consulting firms, and has spent about half of his career living and working internationally in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. His professional experiences have inspired his ideas for innovative ways to incentivize and reward employees.
