Mind is the most power tool that humans possess. It allows us to match the changing circumstances of the modern world. Harry highlights that trained minds lead to resilience, and therefore achievements in life. Resilience is the mind that governs what we can achieve in life and attaining it is about taking a simple shift in our attitude and mentality.
