Meat has long been a status symbol, synonymous with strength, virility, health and wealth. In her amusing but disturbing talk, Tessa challenges us to get stuck in to the really meaty issues. If we are to feed a growing population and avoid climate catastrophe, we need to drastically reduce the amount of meat we eat. Tessa addresses the questions: Is it's meat’s long standing status holding us back? What’s this doing to our health? And, is the problem worse for men?
