Every year, billions of women continue a never-ending quest to lose weight and achieve the “perfect” physique. But this quest is a trap—one that keeps women sick, stressed, distracted, and depleted. To create a generation of healthy, strong women who are focused not on their body size but on solving real world problems, we must dismantle the harmful weight loss industry and the body-obsessed “diet culture” that this industry has spawned.
