We are moving into phase three of the digital evolution. Phase 3 is about artificial intelligence and automation. The way that people buy, customer service and branding will fundamentally change during this phase. Some people claim that phase 3 of digital is the end of the human interface. In this talk, Steven convinces us of the opposite. The law of scarcity starts to play. The human interactions between companies and customers are becoming more and more scarce, and because of that, the importance is increasing. Humans used to work with their hands, now they work with their brain, in the day after tomorrow humans will learn to work with their heart. This talk explains how companies can combine the strengths of digital with the strengths of humans.
