How does our memory work? How can we succeed in remembering what we want? Stéphanie describes the big steps of brain function when it comes to remembering.
Stéphanie Mazza is a research professor at EMC, the laboratory for the Study of Cognitive Mechanisms of the University Lumière Lyon 2, where she develops research projects in neuroscience and neuropsychology on sleep, memory and attention. She is currently directing a research project evaluating the involvement of sleep and it's disorders during childhood learning. She has also designed, with the drawing school Emile Cohl and numerous teachers, a sleep educational program for primary school children.
