Industrial meat is being produced massively and the food industry has become opaque. We do not anymore know how and where our food is produced. Furthermore, this process has been exported, polluting even more. Stefano Liberti encourages us to open our eyes on the food industry to reach a more sustainable and transparent food chain and above all he asks us a question: can we be sure that we cannot do anything to change things and become more aware of what we are feeding ourselves?
Stefano Liberti ci incoraggia ad aprire gli occhi sulla realtà dell'industria alimentare ponendo il focus sul processo di filiera della carne che viene prodotta in quantità massicce da un'industria alimentare sempre più ambigua. Non è più chiaro come e dove vengano prodotti gli alimenti, e l'esportazione di questo modello ha portato ad un maggiore inquinamento. Ci invita così a cercare delle alternative più sostenibili e trasparenti alla nostra catena alimentare e soprattutto a porci una domanda: noi, siamo sicuri di non poter fare nulla per cambiare le cose e diventare più consapevoli di cio’ di cui ci nutriamo?
