After giving my talk, I received letters from women and men around the world sharing their stories of struggle and success. So I founded LeanIn.org, a nonprofit committed to empowering all women to achieve their ambitions. LeanIn.org offers inspiration and support through an online community, free expert lectures and small peer groups called Lean In Circles. Since March 2013, the community has grown to include more than 350,000 women and men, and more than 14,000 Lean In Circles in over 50 countries.
