Till Life Do Us Part

Shasvathi Siva starts off on a rather chilling note, mentioning the spineless nature of our society. Marriage and its ideas in the world creep up on everyone, and she talks about some of her own experiences. The ideas of simply not marrying are rarely talked about, and the shame associated with divorce or even its contemplation, is too high. Though she believes in the idea that one can be happy alone, she also recognizes the difficulty in making peace with divorce. Talking about our ideas of society, she also stressed on the importance of a consistent and present support system. There is power in familiarity and she aims to make this a more talked-about and commonly present thought.
