In this TEDx talk, Prateek speaks about alternative models that ought to exist when thinking about the future of work harnessing the hive mind concept of a geographically and culturally distributed workforce. The thesis was that technology would be a key enabler of the future workforce as the transition from assistive to autonomous work occurred. He highlighted that technology would continue to remain a net job and value creator and did not subscribe to the fears of mass automation displacing and disrupting human labor markets globally.
