Dr Phillip de Prez developed a new definition and model of challenge which suggests that challenge is not a singular concept but comprises four main components: Time, Emotion, Achievement and Motivation (TEAM model). If we can understand each of these components and apply them, we may be able to harness the power of challenges and use them to help achieve our goals and enhance our lives: Challenge Conquered.
