In this talk, Pat Foreman, along with her co-presenter, chicken celebrity Oprah Hen-Free, explores how chickens can be locally employed as planet defenders and civic solid waste management workers. She advocates the use of chickens to decrease CO2 in the atmosphere by sequestering carbon and reducing the amount of waste in landfills which can decrease methane formation, while simultaneously providing local foods.
