Many gifted, multipotential, atypical, intuitive and visionary people have difficulties to find their place in society. They may appear inconvenient because they are highly disruptive and they have strong values. Yet, they are creative and innovative and that makes them perfectly adapted and at ease in our world full of uncertainty and complexity. If we could harness their particularities, if we could harness their multiple intelligences, we could take advantage of their exceptional talents and skills that complete perfectly those of Artificial Intelligence. If the 20th century was the century of people with a Cartesian mind, the "neurotypical rationals” as Myriam Ogier calls them, the 21st century will be the century of the "atypical multipotentials". It is important to make these two types of profiles working together. We need to learn how to identify the atypical multipotentials and value them.
Coach for almost twenty years, Myriam Ogier accompanies those atypical and multipotential profiles in their development. She is the author of the book "Un cerveau droit au pays des cerveaux gauches" ("a right-brained in left-brained's land" (Ed. Eyrolles, 2018). She is a TEDx speaker and the founder of the circle "Innovants et intuitifs - Penser autrement" (Innovators and Intuitives - Thinking differently).
