Self-reflection has been shown to positively impact the creation and maintenance of mutually satisfying relationships, and even academic performance. But what is productive self-reflection? In this talk, we will discuss the impact of attachment style and culture on relationships, and propose techniques for reflecting upon how we form meaningful relationships.
