Everyone has a story that defines them. It is our responsibility to slow down and understand the value in each other’s stories. In his talk, Michael Mitole, Penn State University New Student Orientation Leader, will share not only how we can become better listeners, but also the effect that listening closely can have on ourselves. He shares his own experience and how he learned that listening to others inevitably helps us become a better leader ourselves. Note: this talk was recorded according to local and national COVID-19 safety guidelines without a live audience (clapping was added in post-production).
