Having moved to Kuwait in 2014, Melody Mitchell, a United States airforce officer, found herself once again having to fit in and adapt to a different community and group of people. Over the years, she has discovered the key behind adaptability to any group and has labeled this as her personal black passport. Melody is also the founder of Lean In Kuwait, which offers local “circles” of peer-support for the empowerment of women.
