We all have the right to ask for a hamburger without cucumber. Deaf people, too. Mateo Salvatto is a young electronic technician and son of a sign language interpreter. A life surrounded by the deaf people put him in touch with the enormous difficulties they have every day to solve the simplest tasks, such as asking for a doctor's appointment, an address on the street, or an ice cream flavour. How come technology cannot help them? He was sure that he could create a solution that would make life easier for the deaf. In one year he created a free mobile app called "Háblalo" (Say it!) that helps the deaf to communicate better with people in general. Mateo currently studies Systems Analysis, and graduated with honors of the career in Electronics at ORT Argentina. He won the Robotics National Championship and the first prize in the International competition "Robotraffic" in Israel.
