Imagine a group where hierarchy is replaced by horizontal power, favouring the distribution of leadership. Imagine that the profit maximization has no efficacy as long as it is not intertwined with the will of enriching all human dimensions: emotional, cultural and spiritual. Everything could made be possible through Gamification. The game serves as a feedback, as an encouragement and fulfillment but above all as the missing light piece of every circuit. Now imagine that all of this exists applied to the health care system. CAD centre of Nephrology and Dialysis in the Hospital of Cividale del Friuli represents this organizational model called teal. The whole theoretical and practical structure generates a fascinating and repeatable process that has extraordinary outcomes on productivity and quality of life regarding both staff and patients within the health care system.
