If you ever had to interpret a legal text, you know what happens: It is literally impossible not to get lost among Latin, twists and technicalities. But does it necessarily have to be like this? From the "Plain Language Network Argentina" Martín, who is Doctor of Law, fights for making lawyers talk like normal people so that we can all understand each other better. Like in this talk. He is a professor in the Department of Law of the University of San Andrés, the University of Buenos Aires and the National University of Rio Negro. He is also a global professor of law at New York University. He got his degree at the UBA, and completed a master's and a doctorate at Yale. He is a researcher at CIPPEC - Center for the Implementation of Public Policies for Equity and Growth- and honorary advisor to the Association for Equality and Justice. He was dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
