She reveals how she was able to change her life with the help of medication, therapy, and meditation. She is a journalist who graduated from PUC-SP and is passionate about people. She worked for Radio Bandeirantes and Canal 21 where she stood out as a weather editor, revolutionizing the way of speaking about meteorology in Brazil. She was an anchor of "Jornal da Band" with Ricardo Boechat and Joelmir Beting. At the Globo TV network, she worked as a reporter for "Jornal Nacional," " Jornal da Globo," "Bom Dia Brasil," and "Fantástico". She has been directing "Bem Estar" with Fernando Rocha for seven years, which discusses health and quality of life. She also created the "Saúde de Corpo e Alma" program on Radio Globo to reflect how gratitude, compassion, altruism, and meditation can make a difference in health.
