An engineer who graduated in 1993 from the École Centrale de Lyon, then trained at the University of Maryland and at the Lyon School of Business (EM Lyon Business School), Marc Amerigo talks about collective trust: the way to build it but also the power it is able to unleash, for example to cope with extreme conditions. Marc Amerigo combines the rigor of the engineer and his knowledge to multiply the power of a team striving towards extreme performance. He is a management specialist in sensitive environment. Now he is deepening his knowledge alongside scientists. Through his company EngiNova, he accompanies teams engaged in extreme sports or in projects in complex industrial environment.
