Happiness Mindset

In this talk Manny explained that Happiness is a mindset. It comes from within you, not from your outside circumstances. You don't have to have a "perfect" life to be happy. When you have a happiness mindset you feel content and calm because the focus is on the things you can control. One can have a greater sense of freedom and achieve more than people with fixed mindsets. Your mindset defines your happiness.
