Workplace environment atmosphere and culture is set by those who lead. Research shows destructive leaders creates disruption in the workplace, interfere with job production, generate undue stress, and cause an increase in employee turnover. Learning to identify actions and mindsets that lead to this can help us develop positive leadership behavior that benefits both the employee and the organization.
