Contrary to the frame of thought that VR is a solitary, isolationist experience, it is radically cultivating micro communities worldwide. This shift from 'access to information' to 'access to experiences' is the catalyst we need to defy dictionary.com's assertion of 'xenophobia' as the 2016 Word of the Year.
