Here’s to health. Ultimate all-around mind, body, spirit health. We have all heard hundreds – thousands – of stories of those who successfully rose above poverty, racism, neglect, abuse, assault, trauma or victimization of any kind. Our hearts swell and we celebrate their tenacity. It encourages us, on behalf of whatever piece in our own life needs a little boost of resolve.
