What if, instead of evoking feelings of shame and guilt when we talk about privilege, it made us feel a different way? In this passionate talk, LaTanya White, an educator and advocate for entrepreneurs of color, doesn't think that oppression has to be the opposite of privilege. "It's an audacious thought- to think that empowering others can actually be on the other side of the coin when we talk about privilege," says White, "but it's been working for me in the classroom for the past five years."
