Our perception of taste has evolved over time, affected by factors such as geographical contexts and historical background. Due to this, Kenny Lee, the founder of Earthlings Coffee Workshop, shared that the taste of coffee should not conform to a fixed set of criteria. It is our subjective preferences that have brewed the diverse taste of coffee that the world enjoys.
