Professor Kalle Moene is an experienced economist and Leader of the Centre of Equality, Social Organisation and Performance at the University of Oslo (UiO). In this talk he builds upon the topic of the Universal Basic Income with this question: if everybody were given a guaranteed basic income, calculated as a share of the national income, would citizens have a collective interest in how the entire economy evolves?
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
