Self-belief works when self-confidence fails. In the times of feeling totally lost, when your personal or professional life becomes chaos, self-belief can help you stay on the path and keep on going, eventually guiding you to find the right direction. There’s no dramatic call to action in this talk, no three-point list to implement now. It is about getting ready for a positive change to come, and, in the meantime, learning to be kind to yourself - no matter what. Presented attitude is a state of mind, not one of action.
