How HOPE arrived in the shape of an Egg

This talk is not about inventing something new itself, the innovation in this talk is about taking something that has been around for millennia and using it in a new way to solve a very modern problem. Julian tells the real life stories of three groups of people who have all survived horrific globally known events, who all individually came to the same conclusion to dedicate their lives to supporting children in Africa, through improved nutrition, education and the adoption of technology. Their collective stories have inspired a group of leaders in the global food industry to come together and create a foundation with the aim of using the simplest and humblest of foods, the egg, to support multi-billion dollar medical campaigns.
