Words matter more now than ever. Globally and locally, our lives, societies and universe are directly impacted by the words that we use at every point when connecting and communicating with one another.
Whether the communication is verbal via face‐to‐face/or on the phone, or electronic via email and social media, society is becoming more and more careless about word choice.
