Jordan DeVeaux's ideas about a better approach to civil disagreement are sparked by the way in which the true goal of correction of an individual, to educate, is often lost. The binary structure of American politics, once known as red and blue, has shape-shifted into the haves and the have-nots. Both parties believe that their perspective is the only valid viewpoint. If individuals master the art of civil disagreement, our communities have the potential to lead our nation to harmony in all realms - political or not.
