Igniting passion for the country

Jimmy Mistry is the sheer embodiment of a self-made entrepreneur who has found his way to the top through honest hard work coupled with a strong foundation of ethics and values. A mechanical engineering dropout, he is the founder of the Della Group, which is now one of the top design and architecture brands in the country. It offers a variety of services in hospitality and housing like homes, offices, resorts and even an adventure training academy. Throughout the talk, Jimmy chronicles his journey, which started from him fixing motorcycles and bicycles at the tender age of 16 to him having created a business empire that quite simply, does it all! He discusses how the business of design excited him and drove him to innovate his craft and expand into developing. He explains how he built an adventure training academy which aims to provide civilians with a taste of the military life, which aims at igniting passion for the country!
